“Live Well With Coldwell” is a campaign grounded in the belief that the home you choose shapes how you live every day, influencing your routines, relationships, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. This perspective elevates real estate beyond transactions and reinforces Coldwell Banker’s position as a premium brand focused not just on properties, but on the life those properties make possible. For the launch, we intentionally focused on homes that felt lived in rather than perfectly staged. The idea was to suggest the presence of the homeowner without ever fully revealing them. Instead of showing people in the space, we used subtle visual cues that imply life just happened there, creating a sense of story, warmth, and authenticity.
